Kevin Federline could make $58,000 per month from Britney Spears

Kevin Federline could make $58,000 per month to take care of Britney Spears's Kids.

According to J. Michael Kelly a Santa Monica, Calif.-based divorce attorney, "Now that Federline is the children's primary caretaker the courts can grant him $58,000 a month to take care of his two sons," assuming Spears earns Spears is making $700,000 a month.

"Under California law," Kelly adds, "The children must have the same lifestyle as their mother since she is considered an individual who falls under a high bracket income."

Kelly, says Kevin Federline stands to earn more if he is granted sole custody in the event Britney doesn't clean up her act, STAR reports."Federline stands to pocket around $77,000 a month in terms of providing fulltime for the toddlers."
