I love this look. The conservative cut of the jacket offsets the raw exotic effect of seeing her bare torso beneath the sheerest of blouses. You know that with one good gust of wind, the dreams of millions of men will come true. But it still comes across as good clean fun.

It's hard to say exactly how see-through Elle's blouse would be in normal lighting. One of the newest paparazzi cheap tricks is blinding flashes of light, which can make even the safest fabrics suddenly risque from the right angle. It's almost as bad as using a mirror on a shoe to get that upskirt shot. Totally unnecessary, and totally tacky.
