Britney Spears wants her ex-husband Kevin Federline tested for drugs.

The singer claims that it is unfair that she is undergoing random tests during their custody court battle , Digital Spy reports.

Spears, who was labeled a "habitual, frequent and continuous" drug user by the LA court, reportedly begged judge Scott Jordon to begin testing her ex-lover.

A friend of the star told The Sun: "She is furious. She believes the court is more sympathetic towards Kevin."
