A former Britney Spears's nanny is not surprised decision by the judge in the Britney Spears /Kevin Federline custody battle handing over temporary custody of their two sons to the failed rapper, OK reports.

"It's about damn time," a former nanny of the pop star exclaims.

The one-time nanny to Sean Preston, 2, and 1-year-old Jayden James Federline also reveals to OK! that those around her should be very watchful of her behavior in the coming days. "I’m just hoping that something doesn’t happen between now and Wednesday. She’s definitely capable of doing something stupid.�
