Britney Spears ran over a paparazzo’s foot

Britney Spears ran over a paparazzo’s foot while on her way home from the doctor’s office where she received lip injections on Thursday. Spears, 25, was leaving the parking lot of a Beverly Hills medical building when she found herself surrounded by a group of paparazzi.

She immediately put one hand over her mouth to hide her swollen lips. Using the other hand to steer, she tried to turn and move past the group and ended up running over a TMZ photographer’s foot. The sandal-wearing shutterbug went to the emergency room and nothing was broken.
