Over the weekend, PEOPLE reported that Britney Spears and friend Alli Sims were spotted hanging out with Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo, sparking romance rumors.

People reported that Britney and Alli chatted with Romo at the restaurant and left, but later met up with the football star at Hollywood club Les Deux.

"Britney is presently attending co-parenting class. Tony Romo is a friend of Alli Sims and there is no interest on Britney's part," a pal says.
