Britney Spears believes Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James are not old enough to take in all her drama.

She reportedly told pals: 'I know they're fine. They are too young to understand what's going on.'

And reports that the singer is suicidal after losing custody of her boys to ex-husband Kevin Federline are wrong too.

A source said: 'This notion of suicide is ridiculous. Brit isn't thinking along those lines. There's no way Britney would do anything to harm herself intentionally right now. She called her psychiatrist and spoke at length about how she felt. She was told that she needs to rationalize the process.'

Spears even has a motto to help her through: 'If I harm myself, Kevin wins.' And the Toxic singer, who releases new album Blackout next month, is prepared to put looking after Sean Preston and Jayden James on hold to resurrect her flagging pop career.
