City Attorney has dismissed hit and run charges against Britney Spears. The charge was dismissed , after the judge was informed Britney settled the dispute with the car owner , TMZ reports. Britney Spears paid the owner damage fees, plus car rental fees. As for the other criminal charge -- driving without a California license -- Britney plead not guilty.
