Fox pleads not guilty Vivica A. Fox pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor counts of DUI in a Van Nuys, Calif. courthouse. The plea was entered by her attorney, Richard Hutton, who previously represented Paris Hilton. On March 20, Fox was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to the California Highway Patrol. If convicted on both charges, Fox faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
