Rendition starring Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal

Reese Witherspoon plays "sabella El-Ibrahimi", an American wife of an Egyptian-born chemical engineer, Anwar El-Ibrahimi (played by Omar Metwally), in the new movie Rendition. In the movie, Reese Witherspoon's husband disappears on a flight from South Africa to Washington and Isabella is trying to figure out what happened to her husband on that flight. Jake Gyllenhaal plays a CIA analyst who becomes involved in Anwar's unorthodox interrogation.
