Pete Doherty cancels plans to use Kate Moss for album

Pete Doherty's record company has canceled plans to use pictures of Kate Moss for the front cover of the new Babyshambles album.

The band originally hoped that photos of Moss wearing Agent Provocateur lingerie would feature on the artwork for Shotter's Nation, which is released on Monday.

However, Pete's team feared that Kate would sue following her split from the frontman, and so the cover will now show a Moss lookalike.
