Paris Hilton settles lawsuit with Zeta Graff

Paris Hilton has settled a lawsuit with socialite Zeta Graff, reports TMZ.

According the AP, Hilton, opted to settle out of court, thus avoiding any repeats of June's legal spectacle.

Graff filed the suit in 2005 after the New York Post ran a story claiming she attacked Hilton in a jealous rage upon seeing the Simple Life star at a club with Paris Latsis. Greek shipping heir Latsis was Graff's ex-boyfriend and, at that time, Hilton's fiance. Hilton and Latsis split up later that year.
