Lindsay Lohan staying in rehab

Despite the rumors insisting otherwise, Lindsay Lohan is not checking out of rehab this weekend. She will continue to undergo treatment at Utah's Cirque Lodge for a "few more weeks," an insider told People magazine.

Lohan's mother Dina, confirmed that her daughter would be staying at Cirque to "Access Hollywood." She sent an email that read, "Not true, staying in Utah."

A source close to the family told People, "Lindsay is not leaving Cirque Lodge in Utah any time soon. She has a few more weeks to grow and develop, and she is doing great."
