Lindsay Lohan has been caught up in a cheating scandal .

According to gossips her new boyfriend Tony Allen is actually a married father of eight-month-old twins. Tony's wife Stephanie is a British heiress worth $1.6 billion!
While the 39-year-old musician has denied allegations he and Lindsay have had sexual relations, that hasn't stopped Stephanie, 29, from kicking him out.

It probably didn't help that shortly after his public denial, Tony was reportedly overheard telling pals he and Lindsay had slept together.

Asked by one friend whether he'd had sex with the actress, Tony allegedly replied, "C'mon, it's Lindsay Lohan! Hell, yes! Wouldn't you?"

"Lindsay was on bathroom duty," says a pal, "and even though men and women weren't supposed to be alone together, he would … visit her there."
