If Kate Moss has been looking better these days, it's not just because she has ditched her ugliest accessory - Pete Doherty. Actually, the supermodel is currently participating in a new diet and beauty regime.
According to the Daily Mail, Kate calls her new program "The Vibrancy Diet." Besides eating three meals a day, Kate is also meditating and washing her face in boiled milk. Kate has put on 5 pounds since July and is eager to gain more weight. A typical breakfast on her "Vibrancy Diet" includes probiotic yogurt, fruit and toast. For lunch, she dines on fish or chicken and vegetables. |
