Kate spent many a day in her Cotswolds home with her ex, Pete Doherty and sources say that Jamie has more than a few things in common with Pete. A friend of the model's told the Daily Mail, "Kate says Jamie has little traits and characteristics that remind her of Pete. She always goes for the same sort of men - dangerous and seemingly unavailable, but with a good heart underneath."

The source claims that Kate finds Jamie's similarities to Pete "quietly comforting" but the resemblance between them also "drives her nuts".

Kate's fellow supermodel friend, Naomi Campbell recently spoke about the new romance. Campbell said, "That's fantastic, good for her. I hated the way [Pete] treated her. I don't mind if her new guy's a rocker, as long as he looks after her."
