"It was an intimate gathering," says a source close to the groom of the event, which took place at the One and Only Palmilla Hotel in Los Cabos, Mexico. "Friends and family traveled all over the world for it."

The couple, who first met on the set of 2000's 102 Dalmatians, had kept mum about their long-term relationship and engagement.
