Richards' legal team have submitted a sworn declaration from Diana Alvarez -
as part of the couple's ongoing battle for custody of three-year-old Sam,
and two-year-old Lola - voicing "concern" and "alarm" about Sheens behavior
towards his children.
Alvarez raises her "concern" as to whether Sheen inappropriately touched the
girls' "molees" - their nickname for breasts - and their "tushys" -
referring to their bottoms - although her declaration lacks any concrete
evidence.
Alvarez also alleges Sheen sleeps in the same bed as Sam while his fiancée
Brooke Mueller sleeps in the guest room, according to the New York Daily
News newspaper.
