Britney Spears heading back to rehab?

Britney Spears’ legal team and family members are urging her to check in for treatment for alleged substance-abuse issues, E reports.

Spears left Promises on March 20. Larry Rudolph, her manager at the time, said she was released after “successfully completing their program.�?

“She has said she’ll go again,�? a source tells E. “But everyone is worried she won’t go at the last minute.�?

On Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon ordered Spears to undergo random drug testing in order to keep joint custody of her kids, one-year-old Jayden James and two-year-old Sean Preston.
