Austin Nichols, arrested for a DUI

Austin Nichols, Jake Gyllenhaal's rumored gay lover was arrested for a DUI early last week in Jackson, Michigan.

The 27-year-old John from Cincinnati star was driving the wrong way down a one-way street when police pulled him over at 2:40 a.m., according to the AP. An officer took Nichols into custody, where he registered a 0.10 percent blood-alcohol content, which is .02 above the legal limit for drivers in Michigan.

The AP reports that Nichols was released from the Jackson County Jail at 8:40 a.m. He will appear in court at a later date, where he will face up to 93 days in jail.
