Spice Girl Victoria Beckham is reportedly addicted to plastic surgery , NW magazine reports

. Posh has undergone three boob jobs, liposuction, Botox injections, a bum lift, a nose job, lip fillers, teeth whitening and veneers, tummy tucks, facial peels, cheek sculpting and a forehead lift — all at a cost of $300,000.

But while the 33-year-old has already spent a fortune on nips and tucks, friends of the petite celebrity worry Posh's recent move to competitive, image-obsessed LA is set to take her desire to buy herself the perfect body over the edge.
