Tracie Rice Sues Lindsay Lohan

Rice claims that Lohan chased her car on July 24 at 1 a.m., forcing the cars, at one point, to be "grill to grill." Rice then alleges that Lohan used her headlights to blind her and drove on the wrong side of the road, US Magazine reports

She states, "I had no idea what they wanted...we were being carjacked." She further claims that at one point, "a man got out of the SUV and ran towards our car in a threatening manner."

The driver of Rice's vehicle was Michelle Peck, whose daughter is Lohan's former assistant.

Rice's attorney Paul Hoffman says "This incident has turned my client's life around. She thought she was going to die that night. What Lindsay Lohan put those people through out there was outrageous conduct. They were forced into a high speed chase that could have resulted in death or serious injury not only to them, but to anyone on the street."
