Matt Damon on why Ben Affleck's career sucks

Damon said: "He picked things that in hindsight weren't a good choice.
"I also think that if you end up on the cover of gossip magazines you're f**ked.
"When people see you all the time there's no mystery about you any more and no-one's going to want to go and see your movies."
Damon and Affleck both made it big in Hollywood when they wrote and starred in 'Good Will Hunting' in 1997, winning an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.
Since then Damon's career has taken off with a series of box office blockbusters, including 'The Departed' and the 'Bourne' trilogy, while
Affleck's film 'Gigli' - in which he co-starred with ex-fiancée Jennifer Lopez - was a spectacular flop.
