This is House of Dereon, design house of none other than Tina Knowles, mother of Beyonce (good daughter) and Solange (a bit more trouble). Those three dresses probably cost more than a mid-sized car.

Tina, who often designs Beyonce's dresses for concerts and formal events, is the one in the middle who looks like she could rip your lungs out if you asked for another color, or something without the iron-on flowers. Beyonce, with her slamming curves and pleasant expression, seems a bit out of place, although you can catch a glimpse of the crazy in all three women's eyes.

I wonder if they make anything for the woman with a normal figure, or one who actually breathes from time to time. And I'm not wild about any of the shoes they're wearing, although at least Beyonce isn't wearing excessively strappy black patent sandals. Black shirt + black pants + black shoes = Johnny Cash, not a terribly hot look for Mama Knowles. Solange just looks like she'd rather be anywhere but there.

I'd like to be able to share with you where you'll be able to find these dreary, depressing frocks, but I don't think they have a distribution deal yet. You'll just have to ask Tina ... if you're brave.
