A Spears family friend says the long-awaited sale of the Malibu mansion Britney shared with ex-hubby Kevin Federline during their marriage was the last roadblock to finally settling their divorce. “They were just waiting on the sale of the house. Now Kevin gets his money,�? the friend says.

Brit first put the house on the market last November for $13.5 million, but cut the price in March when no serious buyers emerged.

Britney’s other LA-area mansion, a six-bedroom house in Beverly Hills, remains on the market for just under $7.5 million.
