Wrestler’s Wife Signed Her Own Death Warrant!

Chris Benoit snapped after she told him she wanted a divorce. “I’m leaving you! I want a divorce!� With those fateful words, Nancy Benoit signed her own death warrant and that of her 7-year-old son Daniel- at the hands of her emotionally shattered husband, WWE wrestling superstar Chris Benoit.

An exclusive ENQUIRER investigation has revealed that just weeks before the nightmare killings, Benoit and his wife separated amid fights over whether he should continue wrestling. They had reunited just before the murder-suicide.

“Nancy was fed up, and told Chris she wanted a divorce,� a source close to the couple told The ENQUIRER.

“Nancy wanted Chris to back off his busy wrestling schedule, which kept him away up to 300 nights a year. Their son had physical problems, and Nancy told him: ‘You need to come off the road and help me take care of this kid.’ They fought all the time. Chris told her: ‘I’m the reason we’re living the life we are living. I make the big bucks! I can get five more years in and never have to work again, and the family will be all right after that.’�
