Pregnant Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman argue about her work

Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman are known for having a relatively stable marriage in fickle Hollywood. But Christina’s reported pregnancy is causing some unusual friction between them. According to Star magazine, Jordan is worried that Christina’s hectic working schedule isn’t good for the baby, but being stubborn, Christina refuses to slow down.

A source close to the couple told Star, "I think Jordan is concerned and has said so. But Christina has shown no sign of lightening her workload and fully intends to finish her tour. If she's feeling exhausted, she's hiding it. She's almost overcompensating, saying how great she feels to ease his worries, because the most important thing to Jordan is a healthy mama and baby."

Aguilera is determined to get her way and is trying to convince Bratman that her tour is safe for the baby. Says the snitch, "Christina told Jordan that the doctor says it's totally possible for her to keep working and have a healthy, happy baby. But that doesn't mean Jordan is happy about it. Christina is the center of Jordan's world. He's naturally worried and overprotective. He's trying not to get angry with her, but he's probably frustrated that she can't see his point of view and at least cut back on her commitments a bit."

By now, Jordan should be used to Christina’s reluctance to give in to anything that’s not her way. The insider says, "Christina has never done things traditionally…She's not about to sacrifice everything so she can ease Jordan's worries."
