Men in car with Lindsay Lohan the night of her arrest speak out

If three young men can be believed, Lindsay Lohan is even crazier than any of us suspected. The three men: Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake, recently told TMZ.com that they were in the car with Lindsay Lohan just before she was arrested for DUI on Tuesday morning. They claim that Lohan commandeered their car after learning that her personal assistant had quit. “It was pretty much the worst night of my entire summer," one of them told TMZ.

The three men are friends with Lohan’s assistant’s boyfriend and were spending time with him on Monday when Lohan and the assistant ran into them. Later that day, Lohan invited them to a party that night in Malibu. When they showed up at the party, only the boyfriend and Dante were allowed inside. Dante claims he saw Lohan, who was fresh out of rehab, drinking all night.

Later on, Lohan interrupted an argument between her assistant and the boyfriend. Frustrated, the assistant told Lindsay, "I quit.� Ronnie, who witnessed the interaction, said Lindsay looked "very messed up" and "raging." At that point, the group of four guys were about to leave the party, when the boyfriend, who was going to drive home, got up to speak to Lohan’s assistant again. He left the keys in the ignition of the car.

The boyfriend and the assistant continued to argue until the assistant got angry and drove off in her car. This is when Lindsay climbed into Dante’s car with the three men and drove off, chasing her assistant. Scared of what would happen next, Ronnie jumped from the moving vehicle. The others remained inside. Lohan then allegedly ran over Ronnie’s foot.

Lohan drove onto the Pacific Coast Highway and Dante tried to take the wheel from her. She told him, "If you touch me I'll sue you." When Lohan, who had been driving 100 mph, caught up to her assistant, she began to circle her car. As she drove, Lohan told the passengers, "I can't get in trouble. I'm a celebrity. I can do whatever the f**k I want."

Eventually, the assistant managed to lose Lindsay and Lindsay then surmised that the assistant was headed to her mother’s home in Santa Monica. Lohan arrived at her assistant’s mother’s home at the same time as the mother. The mother was unaware of who had shown up to her home and sped away in her car, prompting Lohan to go after her. The guys say Lindsay drove through red lights and hit 80 mph as she trailed her assistant’s mother. Dante warned Lohan that the mother was probably going to the police, but Lohan repeated, "I'm a celebrity. I'm not going to get in trouble."

The assistant’s mother stopped in a parking lot near a police station and Lohan stopped as well. The police arrived quickly after that and Lohan told them, "I wasn't driving. The black kid was driving." She was administered a sobriety test and failed. According to the men, she nearly fell over when she was asked to touch her nose.
