Lindsay Lohan's dad is back in the media letting his loose lips sink him into a deeper state of PATHETIC. Michael Lohan, who has served two prison sentences for contempt of court, driving without a license and attempted assault – What a role model? – has asked a New York State court to order his estranged wife Dina to undergo a drug test.

Mr. Lohan is now blaming Dina's alleged alcohol addiction for Lindsay's latest brushes with the law which include her recent stint at the Promises rehab center after crashing her Benz, being arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and cocaine possession.

British paper The Daily Mail quotes Mr. Lohan as saying, "I do not believe Dina should be drinking in front of our daughter.

"If she continues to do this, I guarantee Lindsay will fall apart again."

Mr. Lohan apparently likes to throw stones in glass houses as he recently completed his own jail bid on drug related charges.

He said, "Back when Dina and I met in the Eighties, everyone was partying and using cocaine.

"I am now clean and sober. I submit to drug and alcohol testing three times a week, because I am on parole and because I now work as a drug counselor with teenagers.

"I am willing to be tested by the court all day, every day of the week. I know I will come up clean.

"But when my lawyers sat with Dina's lawyers, and said I was willing to be tested, she said she was reluctant to be tested."

With the elder Lohan's public display of absolute madness, it's not a question of if but WHEN will Lindsay's underage siblings follow in the family's "illustrious" footsteps?
