Lindsay Lohan to take legal action over nude pictures?

Lindsay Lohan is set to take legal action after a computer hacker stole
nude pictures taken of her by on/off lover Calum Best.

Lindsay wrote on her internet message board: "All I know is that someone
broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying they had the
pictures Calum took of me naked. My lawyer knows about it.
"If I ever found out who broke into my computer, he is in big s**t."

Lindsay has instructed her legal team to ensure the intimate images are
never released on the internet as she fears they could ruin her career.

The star has been dating the British model since earlier this year and
invited him to her 21st birthday party earlier this month.
