Lindsay Lohan is back in rehab following today’s early morning DUI arrest, In Touch reports
She canceled today’s appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno where she was due to promote her new movie I Know Who Killed Me.
Tracy St. Pierre, the show’s publicist told In Touch this morning: “Lindsay's no longer on the show. As of now, we have no replacement."
A member of Lindsay has re-entered rehab just weeks after spending 45 days in a program at Malibu’s famed Promises center.
Lindsay was arrested in a parking lot in Santa Monica after chasing a woman who police identified as the mother of an assistant who quit her job yesterday. The woman called cops from her cell phone at 1.35 a.m. (Pacific Time)
Lindsay, who was driving a white Denali SUV, failed a field sobriety test and was taken to Santa Monica city jail where blood-alcohol tests showed she had a level between .12 and .13. The legal driving limit in California is .08. She was released at 6.20 a.m.
Cocaine was found in her pants pocket when she was in jail, Lt. Alex Padilla says.
Lindsay surrendered to cops just last week on another DUI charge stemming from a Memorial Day weekend accident, when cocaine was also found in her car. It was after that accident that she checked herself into Promises. Since ending that program she has been wearing an ankle bracelet that was said to detect any alcohol in her system.
