With Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears occupying the lion’s share of the gossip press these days, all the other celebrities are free to quietly make decisions that would normally get a lot of media attention. Case in point: Jessica Alba has broken up with her boyfriend of two-and-a-half years, producer Cash Warren. If Britney wasn’t cleaning up dog poop with Zac Posen and Lindsay wasn’t smuggling cocaine into police stations, this would be a big story.
According to Us Weekly, Alba initiated the break up, which took place on July 22 over the phone. The 26-year-old actress is said to have called 28-year-old Warren while overseas promoting Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. During their conversation, she told him, "I'm not in love with you anymore." Alba then sent over an assistant to her home with Warren and had his things moved out. What a bitch, right?
An insider told Us that the split "happened...almost out of nowhere. [Cash] thinks it's for another guy but doesn't know…he's totally devastated. But it was all her."
