Harry Potter fans have been left furious after the final book's ending was
revealed.
'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows' is not due to be released until July
21, but Potter 'spies' claim they know how the boy wizard series will end.
Author J.K. Rowling has previously revealed that at least two characters
will die in the seventh and final installment of the adventure series, but
has not named them.
According to reports, Harry Potter decides to end his life in order to kill
his evil enemy Voldemort.
It has also been claimed that Harry's best friends Ron and Hermione will
both die in the new tome and the trio are reunited in the Deathly Hallows -
the Ghost World - along with Harry's late parents, godfather Sirius Black
and Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore.
However, an internet hacker calling himself Gabriel claims Ron and Hermione
are attacked by Lord Voldemort and Hermione sacrifices her life to save Ron.
Gabriel also says Severus Snape, who is trying to ambush Ron and Hermione,
ends up killing Hagrid.
Lisa Holton of US publisher Scholastic insists there is "aggressive
security" surrounding the unpublished book to ensure the ending isn't
leaked.
Holton said: "It's the very last book, it's the highest printing we've ever
done, and the Internet is even more active.
"As with other Potter books, booksellers, printers, distributors and
security agencies have agreed to a specific set of security guidelines to
make sure the final book doesn't leak out or get into bookstores early.
"We have a fairly aggressive security push on a lot of different fronts. We
work very hard to preserve that moment to get books in the right place
around the country to be unveiled at the right moment."
Internet store Amazon.com has revealed almost 1.6 million copies of 'Harry
Potter and the Deathly Hallows' have already been pre-ordered.
Worldwide sales are expected to top 12 million.
