Two weeks ago, Spears served her mother, Lynne, with legal papers. Now according to Page Six, Children's Protective Services in L.A. visited her Malibu home three times last week and told her that her house was unsafe as there were no safety barriers around her pool, X17 reports. That prompted Spears to move to the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, where Tuesday night she was spotted crying.
