Charlie Sheen has been divorced from Denise Richards for less than a year, but he's already engaged again. The 41-year-old star of "Two and a Half Men" proposed to his 29-year-old girlfriend Brooke Mueller on a beach on Costa Rica, "Extra" reported.

Sheen presented Mueller, who he has been dating for about a year, with a $500,000 engagement ring. No wonder the pretty real estate investor said yes.

When asked about her ex's new fiancée, Richards told People magazine, "I am genuinely happy for the two of them. In fact, I sent them flowers to congratulate them both. I've spent time with her, and my girls really like her. That's all that matters to me."
