Gossips fear Britney Spears removed $12,000 worth of jewelry and clothing from the OK shoot.

Sources spilling to “Extra� say that $12,000 worth of jewelry went missing from the photo shoot.

OK sat down with Britney last week, but what was supposed to be a tell-all from Britney turned in to a total meltdown. The shoot was so potentially damaging, insiders say the magazine struggled whether or not to report the truth.

In a statement to “Extra� regarding rumors about their recent photo shoot with Britney Spears, OK! Editor-in-Chief Sarah Ivens said, "OK! Magazine spent a heartbreaking day with Britney Spears and witnessed first-hand an emotional cry for help that will leave you shocked and sad. This week, on newsstands Friday, the truth will be told."

Sources are also telling “Extra� that $12,000 worth of jewelry went missing from the photo shoot. The case is a mystery – and Britney’s reps won’t comment.
