Who says things haven't changed? It would have been career suicide as little as ten years ago for a Hollywood actor or actress to insinuate their homosexuality in the press. Today, you have actresses like Angelina Jolie who has flaunted her sexual ambiguity in the past to the likes of both men and women.

And so enters Beth Ditto - the extra large front woman for the band The Gossip who makes as many waves with her powerful singing voice as with the controversial comments she likes to lay on the press.

She recently told Contact Music UK that she doesn't think Angelina Jolie is – get this – gay enough!

"If she were actually a lesbian she'd be with a woman," Ditto said.

It would seem that Ditto is on the same page as a woman who claims to have known Jolie on the most personal of levels, former model/dancer Jenny Shimizu.

You may recall Shimizu's notorious opinions on the Jolie-Pitt union – she proclaimed it would never last.

"Jolie's always had lovers that she relies on. If she can ring you and you can meet up, then she can take care of her sexual needs. Whenever she calls me up I visit her. It's not always the case that we have sex. Sometimes we go to her property in Cambodia and explore the jungle," Shimizu told the press.

Sounds to me like the most logical next step is for Ditto and Shimizu to get each other's contact information and hook up.
