Paris Hilton on the "the crazy ward"

Paris Hilton will reportedly spend the remainder of her jail sentence in the medical unit of the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles.

Us magazine has details on the "the crazy ward."

"When I was here, it was the worst of the worst," said Donese Allen, 40, who said she stayed in the unit because she had seizures.

"You are in there with people who are crazy. When I was there, I was with a woman who thought she was Spider-Man, so she would take the toilet paper and spin it" into makeshift webs, Allen said.

Medical ward inmates wear special bright-yellow jumpsuits. The inmates on suicide watch are given special "suicide blankets" and "suicide gowns" that they can't tear into strips and use to hang themselves.
