Paris Hilton is out of Jail

Paris Hilton is out of Jail.

According to TMZ, the deal was sealed yesterday and that Hilton made her exit early this morning.

A prison source said: "The talk is that Paris is being released any time now thanks to good behavior."

She was originally sentenced to 45 days in jail, but that was reduced to 23. She served a total of three days.

The LA County Sheriff's Department will hold a news conference in an hour to discuss what went down. .

The 26 year old surrendered herself to prison on Monday after attending the MTV movie awards.

She has been held in solitary confinement since then for her own protection and has reportedly been crying herself to sleep reports Metro UK.

Paparazzi photographers and TV crews are already waiting outside the jail in the hope of seeing the socialite leave.
