The countdown is over. On Wednesday Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were finally able to drink legally in clubs they're so fond of. So did the dynamic duo throw themselves a wild Las Vegas party like the one Lindsay Lohan is planning for her own 21st birthday next month? Nope, MK and Ash had a small gathering for family and friends at Chateau Marmont.

A witness to the soiree told People magazine, "It looked like a family dinner. You could tell they were all really close. The girls couldn't stop smiling." Attending the event were younger sister Lizzie, 19, and older brother Trent, 23. They, and other guests, were treated to red velvets cakes and cupcakes.

As attendees of the affair drank wine and champagne, they made toasts to Mary-Kate and Ashley. Mary-Kate stayed close to boyfriend Max Snow and both girls had fun posing for vintage Polaroid pictures.

I LOVE and RESPECT them. They have done so much at the very young age,they've earned their own money. So,they do deserve to have fun.

They're just soo special and very humble,they DO act and speak educatedly..unlike those other celebs who'll do anything just to have attention. Mary-Kate & Ashley are way classier and smarter than them. They do try to keep their private lives private,although they can't avoid the annoying paparazzies.

Happy 21st Birthday to the both of them! And i am soo glad that they had a great birthday, They DO deserve it! ;) I wish them all the GOOD HEALTH & TRUE HAPPINESS in the world.
