Madonna's film crew says she's a diva
In one of her first hits, "Borderline," Madonna sang "feels like I'm going to lose my mind." As it turns out, that's just how the crew of her movie Filth and Wisdom feel. The film marks Madonna's directorial debut, but insiders on the London set claim she's no natural in the director's chair.
If Madonna's crew expected to be treated as equals, they were in for a sore surprise. The source says, "Madge's very experienced staff resent her behavior because she isn't working as part of a team. At first her camera crew were delighted to be working on such a project. Now they might be reconsidering. Madonna isn't used to people saying no to her, or not respecting her, so she is shocked." The Daily Mail claims that several crew members have quit and many more may be on the way out. The film's lead actor, Richard E. Grant is said to still be committed to the project. |
