Liv, 29, told Allure, "I'm definitely going to have some [plastic surgery], I'm sure. Especially when you see what happens to your body after you have a baby." She connects her decision with work, stating, "I have to make a living. I guess I could sell my house and go live a really simple life in a trailer somewhere."

Tyler gave birth to her first child, a son named Milo, in December 2004. Since then she has struggled with her weight. In the Allure interview, which appears in the magazine's July issue, she said, "I was trying to get back into shape, so I went to the gym every day, sometimes twice a day." All that hard work paid off. Last February she told Glamour magazine that she was a size 4 - the smallest she'd ever been in her life.
