LINDSAY LOHAN's MOM NO SHOW AT COURT

Leelee Hohan's mother, Dina, was a no show at a Long Island family court where her estranged husband, Michael Lohan, sought visitation rights with two of their children.

The New York Post reports that a furious judge demanded to know where Lohan was. Her attorney replied, "She's attending to the needs of Lindsay… she's going to be with her daughter."

The current Paris Hilton circus may have caused you to forget all about our other favorite hard partying and boozing socialite, Leelee. She checked into a drug rehab center last month after crashing her Mercedes-Benz in Beverly Hills. Hohan was subsequently charged with a D.U.I, apparently the latest must item in her demographic.

Nassau Family Court Judge Stacy Bennett ordered Dina's attorney to inform her that she must be present at every future court date.

Michael Lohan, who served 2 years in prison himself for a D.U.I.-related charge, has been battling Dina over visitation rights for daughter Aliana, 13, and son, Dakota, 10. Leelee and brother Michael Junior are over the age limit to be considered in the family court case.

Michael Lohan told the paper after the brief court session, "Right now, it's a little frustrating because it's been put off again. I only want the best for my kids."
