Lindsay Lohan's (Leelee Hohan) Industry Buzz

Ever wonder what heaven would be like for a gossip whore? I'll tell you - it's being a fly on the wall of Leslie Sloane Zelnick's office (Leelee Hohan's publicist) when tabloids were laid across her desk on Monday with photos of Hohann looking like the walking dead plastered all over the front pages. It's as if it weren't enough for Hohan to outdo the living, she just had to go and top Anna Nicole Smith in her now infamous post-rigamortous body-bag beauty shot. Leslie, I'm waiting with bated breath to see how you try and spin this one.

By now we've all seen the photo. It's absolutely shocking, appalling... BRILLIANT!!! And with this latest attempt at self-annihilation comes new quips from Hollywood execs all wondering if Leelee can handle another job. In a very thorough article in today's New York Times, we learn that Hohan was supposed to start filming "Poor Things," a film about two female con artists co-starring Shirley MacLaine, this week. The paper reports the film's producers met on Wednesday to decide whether to replace Leelee or postpone production for a month to give her time to recover.

This wouldn't be Leelee's first brush with a movie house. Nina Jacobson, who ran Disney studios during Leelee's 2005 production of "Herbie:Fully Loaded" is quoted in the article, "I told her before the movie began, 'This is the moment in your career where you either become Kristy McNichol or Jodie Foster." Lindsay finished the film but went missing during the European leg of the international press junket.

Apparently it's not all Hohan's fault. One person close to Hohan alleges in the article that Disney had handed Leelee a $1 million dollar check to, well, check herself out.

Whatever the case may be here, the damage seems to have been done. Another studio chief tells the paper, anonymously of course, that he wouldn't hire her until she proved herself healthy and reliable again. FAT CHANCE!!!
