Jude Law's magazine editor girlfriend dumps him
It’s hard to imagine a more romantic place than the South of France, but it was in this locale where Jude Law’s latest relationship took a turn for the worse. The actor had been dating magazine editor Kim Hersov for three months, but his antics at the Cannes Film Festival last month caused Kim to kick him to the curb. Kim, the 38-year-old editor-at-large of Harper’s Bazaar was hurt by Jude’s decision to go to the glitzy film festival alone. Jude was there to promote his upcoming film with Norah Jones, My Blueberry Nights. But it was soon clear he was in Cannes for pleasure as well as business, flirting with newly-single Jessica Simpson (with whom he was rumored to have had a fling) and other women at a Playboy party. An insider told Britain’s Daily Mail, "Kim's a classy lady and wasn't impressed. Jude was clearly up for having a good time and was very much the single guy in Cannes. After the recent trip they enjoyed to India, Kim thought it might be something more long-term. Sadly not." A pal of Law’s confirmed that the actor wasn’t too upset about regaining his single status. The snitch said, "Jude said the relationship with Kim wasn't that serious. There was a flirtation but as far as he was concerned it was just a bit of fun.� |
