JFK Jr.’s Shocking Secrets
It’s also the same week that American Legacy, and explosive new biography on the secret lives of John and his beloved sister, Caroline Kennedy, hits bookstores. To get the inside story, best-selling author C. David Heymann spoke with scores of previously silent Kennedy confidantes and uncovered new shocking secrets about the star-crossed family. He shares some of them exclusively with Star. On JFK Jr.’s sexuality: “There is no question that he certainly had a predilection toward or an interest in gays and a kind of hyper sexuality,� Heymann claims. That includes John’s exhibitionism. He was known to walk around nude at gyms in Aspen, Colo., and N.Y. He even strolled the grounds of the Kennedy’s Hyannis Port, Mass., compound in his birthday suit, just hours before Caroline’s wedding! The fatal flight: Heymann claims a top-secret autopsy he obtained reveals that JFK Jr. was drunk the night of the crash. “His tissue and lungs had a very high level of alcohol,� says Heymann. “I sent the report to toxicologists, who say he had three times the legal limit in his system!� Caroline and John Jr. disliked each other’s spouses: John and his big sis, Caroline, were extremely close. The siblings even made time to meet at least once a week. However, Caroline thought John’s wife, Carolyn Bessette, was too immature while dealing with the press, which could hurt John’s political ambitions. Meanwhile, John, a daredevil all his life, often dissed Caroline’s unadventurous husband, Ed Schlossberg, by calling him “Edwina.� |
