AMY WINEHOUSE TO SING BOND THEME SONG

There's word today that Amy Winehouse may have the chance to add one more impressive notch on her already highly decorated belt. The Daily Express newspaper reports that uber composer David Arnold, musical director of the next James Bond flick, is dying to ask Amy to sing the film's famous theme song.

Arnold is smitten with Amy's sultry voice and told the paper, "Amy Winehouse did the best record of last year. I haven't asked her yet but I think she'd be good, although Bond songs can be a bit of a war zone."

Past singers of the iconic tune include Shirley Bassey, Nancy Sinatra and Gladys Knight.

He added, "The next film will be in 2008 and we're almost finished with the script. The books are all done now so this one is going to be an extension of what happens to Bond, continuing the story from 'Casino Royale'. We haven't a title yet but anything without death, dying, tomorrow or dies would be fine by me!"

Amy's been racking up on accolades after "Back to Black's" meteoric rise to the top of the charts. You may recall that she recently took home two big awards at the MOJO Awards including Song of The Year. Everyone's taking notice, including mega stars like Mick Jagger who invited Amy to sing a duet with him recently at a major British music festival.

Sky doesn't seem to pose a limit for Amy, and WE LOVE IT!!!!
