"He had his arm around her and was whispering into her ear, not really
paying any attention to all the other girls who were ogling him."
Stavros - who was seen dirty dancing with James Blunt's ex Petra Nemcova in
another Hollywood club just days ago - and Paris left together at 2am.
Meanwhile, its been reported that because of overcrowding in Los Angeles jails, Hilton may not have to serve the complete sentence.
Los Angeles County sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore said: "It's possible it could be 21 days, 23 days," but he added that the exact time she will serve cannot be known until after she has entered the women-only Century Regional Detention Centre in California.
Paris Hilton, 26, had been given a sentence of 45 days imprisonment after breaking her probation for a drink-driving conviction.
The sheriff went on to explain that some women prisoners had been released after only serving 10 per cent of their time in prison, although he said that Paris Hilton would not be treated any differently because she was a celebrity.
Paris Hilton is reported to have said she is "ready to face the consequences" for what she has done, but her publicist has made no further comment.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is not happy about this development
He says he's spoken to the chief of jails in Los Angeles and offered to house Hilton at the horrid Tent City.
"I just made an offer," Arpaio said. "Instead of reducing her sentence, which I feel is wrong, why not bring her over here? We can incarcerate her here. She can do her time over here."
And according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s department, the Los Angeles County Sheriff is considering the proposal.
"Oh, I’d love to have her here," Arpaio said. "Just another celebrity. Not that I'm a publicity hound, but I'd imagine if I had her in these tents there'd be (publicity)."
