Orlando Bloom is taking a break from acting reports PEOPLE

"It's been wonderful, but I'm sort of psyched to do something completely different," Bloom, 30, tells the Associated Press.

The Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End star has signed on to star in the David Storey play In Celebration in London.

"I just really wanted to have a very organic experience. I didn't want to feel like I was in a star vehicle yet by any means," he tells the AP.

Meanwhile, sexy actor has revealed he's looking for a girlfriend but is having a hard time.

THe star is still single after his split from actress Kate Bosworth.

Bloom said, "I am a romantic and I like the idea of being in love, of thinking about that person all day long." The 30-year-old said he would love to have children.
