Pregnancy seems to suit actress Naomi Watts. Watts showed up last Thursday at the opening of Escada’s flagship store in Beverly Hills looking luminous. For her appearance, the 38-year-old actress donned a dress similar to the Escada gown she wore to the Oscars in February (only days before she officially announced that she was expecting a child with her boyfriend, actor Liev Schreiber).

At the event, Watts told People magazine, "[I'm] just being relaxed and moving at a much slower pace and enjoying it. I'm just really happy to be pregnant." When asked if there had been any negative side effects to her pregnancy thus far, Naomi said, "I wish I had some wood to knock, but I just feel very energetic and strong. You know, I hear a lot of women say that it was difficult for them and I know everyone experiences it in a different way, but I'm surprised by my energy."

Watts confirmed what Schreiber had said about her a few days earlier. He told People, “[Naomi’s] great. In fact, I've never seen anyone handle a pregnancy so well. She's amazing."
